Raul Julia left everything he had on the screen. A shame that it was such a stinker, but they do manage to fit all the characters and SAWADA into the story.

Everything you want in a bad Video game movie. It modifies the characters and story in some cases to the point of them being unrecognizable, while giving the villain awesome lines scene after scene. Raul Julia's last movie, and he left us with a great parting gift.
