Buddy Cop movie where the collapse of the Detroit automotive industry is very much the prevailing theme. Racial humour and generic cop action. Jay Leno isnt as annoying as we feared.

Jay Leno's love of cars is on full display here. I didn't expect this to be a good bad movie, so i went into it with low expectations, but we actually had a really good time watching this. There is a spectacular kill by Pat Morita at the end. He steals the show throughout.
