When his mother sends Jack off with money to buy groceries, he comes home with a magic supercharged dirt bike instead. His mother is furious, but when Jack uses the magic bike to save the local hot dog stand from the clutches of corrupt big business, he becomes the town hero.

If you didn't know that the starring kid was the actor from chiristmas story, you would think that this whole movie is some sort of make-a-wish production for a child with some sort of genetic issue. The fact that every medium to long shot of the kid on a motorbike was obviously a grown man in the same clothes made for some good laughs.
