What happens when you try and relight the fires of a classic 90s disaster flick? A lot of exposition about why one of the leads is missing, a lot of scenes for the China market, and massive sequel hooks that bybminut 35 you hope will never get pulled. Vivica Fox' stripper becoming a doctor isn't even the most unbelievable thing in this trainwreck.

a blockbuster budget film that ended up more like a pilot for a saturday morning cartoon. Also, about 10% of the dialog in this movie is just explaining why will smith's character isn't around for this sequel.
