Review: Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue

What happens when the US government starts breathing down the necks of cartoon creators and tv networks? They slop together a PSA and invite the Bushes to introduce it. Suddenly all the government threats about regulating these half hour toy commercials die down. That being said, it is funny to think that if you smoke enough crack, you get your own space jam.
