Review: Cops! Who Needs Them?

A crybaby bitch gets his car stolen then whines to a couple of lazy cops he recently was mouthing off to. I'm pretty sure the cops are on the take because they were stalling him during the robbery. They also seemed unconcerned about the crime, found the car pretty easily when pressured, and one cop pretended to be shot off camera. Overall a tightly packed narrative. Possibly the inspiration for Training Day.
