Review: Santa with Muscles

There is a reason this isn't as well known as other Hogan movies. It lacks the budget that would be required to pull off visuals for the comic book type movie it's trying to be. It's also one of the more blatent examples of when movies demonized intelligence. Making your villians scientists and the heroes tough guys in all your media may have messed up society a bit.
