Solid cash-grab to the iconic reboot. Not nearly as messed up, interesting, or original, but then again what could ever match its parent? Worth a watch at least once.

It's a slugfest between this and The Guyver for 'worst attempt to bring a bloody anime to Live Action'. You're Already Bored by the time the first death lands.

A decent follow-up to NoES that goes off and does its own thing with The Lore. Worth it to realize just how impossibly 80s Gay was laced into every scene: Freddy is defeated by the power of heterosexual lust, after all.

This was basically Avengers Infinity War for the NES generation. Cheesy, preachy, impossibly lame moralizing... But where else do you get Michaelangelo and Bugs Bunny singing a Just Say No ditty written by Disney's Revival architect Howard Ashman? Also serves as a weird little re...

We will overlook the brownface, but only because Los Locos have a real catchy theme. probably best that Johnny Five ended his run here instead of becoming increasingly Flanderised.

Diminishing returns plague this, the third entry in the Angel series. Again we have a new lead as our girl Molly. And for some reason LA is not as centered in the story. Competent action and budget, but it just doesn't feel as rough or fun as previous entries. oddly enough, the '...

one of the rare times a new horror IP was enjoyable - the 90s were a rough time for dumb slashers!

Even Arnie's terrible ice puns couldn't save this from being a slog.

Great followup to the original that gives you more Krites. The kill ball is an inspired addition!

Its as batshit crazy as a Silver Age comic could get. Witches? Love Potions? The Omegahedron? Faye Dunaway?! It's bad but at least it isn't boring (ok maybe the love crap is).

betcha the only thing you're member about this was from the trailers; "Holli would... Holli would if she could" Bakshi apparently pitched a darker film that the studio rewrote and reworked, but honestly i don't think anything would have helped the film be anything more than "Roge...

Not the worst JCVD film, but definitely one of his last notable efforts. Good action and competent work, but Schneider is a poor addition. You'll ask why you didn't just rent Double Team again by the time credits roll.

"Critters. In. SPAAAAAAAACE!" Ah Space, where all mid franchises go to die. Picks up where 3 leaves off, but goes and makes Ug a Bad Guy because the creative tanks were running dry. Poor end to a great monster series.

Plays like a bad series pilot. The original worked because there was a solid and engaging plot. This is just an exercise in squeezing the last drops out of JCvD's lagging 90s relevancy.

What happens when you try and relight the fires of a classic 90s disaster flick? A lot of exposition about why one of the leads is missing, a lot of scenes for the China market, and massive sequel hooks that bybminut 35 you hope will never get pulled. Vivica Fox' stripper becomin...

Chopping Mall is one of those forgotten classics that you half remember from your childhood. The kind of film you may have seen on Cinemax, or the fragment of a box art stuck in your brain as you ran past the Horror section to reach the latest NES rentals. Wonderful 80s robot des...
